segment is 30 minutes. You are welcome to join in or leave during the segment
transitions but please warm up and cool down on your own.
Fit Fusion: Work
at your own level. This class focuses on four exercise segments per class. They
are Cardio, Strength Training, Core Training, and Abdominal Exercises. Each
week the program level intensifies.

flexibility. Enhance mental awareness and make the body mind connection for

Pump – Strength Training: Burn calories; lose fat, gain
muscle, increase strength and bone density using hand weights and weighed bars.
Class formats rotate monthly between endurance, strength and power formats to
provide you with the changes you need to avoid plateaus.
Senior Zumba: It’s
a dance-fitness class that feels friendly and most of all, fun. It takes the
Zumba formula and modifies the moves and pacing to suit the needs of active
older participants, as well as those just starting their journey to a fit and
Strength Training: Do more than just
pack pound after pound of new muscle onto your
frame. This class will help you burn fat more efficiently, improve your bone
density and maintain a significant metabolism boost throughout the day. This
highly efficient, full-body workout utilizes barbells, resistant bands and hand
weights to strengthen and sculpt all muscle groups. Suitable for all levels of
fitness and exercise experience.
Step- Cardio Training:
Traditional step. Improve
cardiovascular strength and endurance while burning calories and losing fat.
SS® Cardio: Get up and go with
an aerobics class that’s
safe, heart-healthy and gentle on the joints. The workout includes
easy-to-follow low-impact movement, and upper-body strength, abdominal
conditioning, stretching and relaxation exercises designed to energize your active
SS® Classic: Have fun and move
to the music through a
variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement
and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles
and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if
needed for seated or standing support.
SS® Splash: Activate your urge
for variety! Splash offers
fun, shallow-water movement to improve agility and flexibility while addressing
cardiovascular, strength and endurance conditioning. No swimming ability is
required, and a SilverSneakers kickboard or other aquatic equipment is used to
improve strength, balance and coordination.
SS® Yoga or Gentle Chair Yoga:
SilverSneakers Yoga will move your whole body
through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is
offered to safely perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to
increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing
exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental
improve strength, flexibility, and balance along with an overall centering of
the mind. Yoga brings together physical and mental disciplines to achieve peacefulness
of body and mind helping you relax and manage stress and anxiety.
Flexibility, Balance and Core Training: Low
impact exercise for all ages. Water aerobics improves strength, conditioning,
heart health, muscle tone, and more.
One of the most unique, fun, and
beneficial exercise programs! There are numerous different styles of Latin
dances mixed in (Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, Puya, Calypos, etc), and the
beautiful part of this class is that you don’t have to be a dancer or
professional. Zumba allows anyone and everyone to have fun while dancing and
exercising, at the same time – learning different styles of movement to amazing
music. You can’t BEAT it!
