*All memberships will roll over month-to-month automatically unless terminated by the member in writing and card keys are returned. We have a termination form that you can fill out and drop off at the front counter. This must be done at least 2 WEEKS PRIOR to the 5th of the month in order to cancel out the scheduled draw.
