Elite Family Fitness offers a comprehensive fitness center including; certified professional staff
and instructors, a wide range of free group exercise classes, and the latest state-of-the-art exercise equipment such
as Matrix, Precor, Paramount, Star Trac, and Extreme Fitness.
At Elite we have three weight rooms that allow our members to work out in an environment
of their choice.
The main fitness room features a complete circuit of
Paramount equipment, a full line of cardio equipment, and a wide selection of selectorized and free weights.
Ladies World is for ladies only and has a complete circuit
of hydraulic resistance equipment as well as a selection of cardio equipment and dumbbells so that ladies can do a complete
workout in their own private sanctuary. This can be accessed directly from the womens locker room for
even more privacy.
The Dungeon is for the hard core lifter. The faint
of heart need not apply. It features a full complement of free weights, cable machines, an olympic lifting area, and
its own sound system. In here you may also hear grunting and various noises of exertion.
For members who need additional structure, motivation, or a compliment to their current routine, personal
training is available.

Our relaxing mineral pool is a treat for all of our members, from
seniors to infants.
